Scotsworth Farm is the original vineyard planted by the Lee brothers and the certified biodynamic heart of Foxeys Hangout. Established in 1998 in the cool-climate hills of Merricks North, the vineyard reflects a long-standing commitment to thoughtful farming and regional expression. The wines produced from Scotsworth Farm capture the character, purity and elegance of the Mornington Peninsula.

The Scotsworth Farm Pinot Noir is renowned for its perfumed aromatics and expressive fruit profile. Fragrant violets, red berries and spice are complemented by darker fruit notes, while the palate offers greater richness and structure than many of the other Pinot Noirs in the Foxeys range. Fine tannins and a savoury earthiness provide depth and complexity, creating a wine that continues to evolve with time in the glass and rewards careful cellaring.

Hand-harvested fruit is fermented with native yeasts in small batches and gently hand plunged to preserve vineyard character. Maturation in French oak enhances texture and complexity while remaining seamlessly integrated.
